Here’s an entire page of non-detergent cleaners — all of which would work for Solveecema users — recommended on Oprah’s web site for being green and saving money.

is white vinegar ok for a ( non-detergent cleaner) to wash my tent?
HI Maureen,
I don’t know about whether vinegar is safe to use on the tent material — for that you’d have to contact the manufacturer – but as far as something non-detergent that rinses away detergent residues, vinegar is quite good. It’s also somewhat antifungal. There are some caveats about washing with vinegar on my site, mainly because it can make blue dye transfer, but if you’re washing the tent alone, it shouldn’t be a problem.
